CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list.

I reserve your scheduled time especially for you.
If rescheduling your appointment or changing your service is necessary, a 24 hour notice is requested.
If cancelling/changing/rescheduling/no showing occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be required.

I work in a small suite and strive effortlessly to keep a clean and safe environment.
If you think you might be getting sick or have been sick in the last 48 hours, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
